b.simple toolkit

The tools are intended for doctors working with microscopic vision or with magnifiers in the twelve o’clock position.

“The tools whose photos and sketches are below took almost seven years to develop. During this period, many transitional designs appeared, which I refined to obtain the most ergonomic form.”

The four-piece set is called b.Simple. It is used for modeling composites and for applying a bonding system in difficult access conditions. B1, B2, B3 tools are characterized by a replaceable working part made of natural bristles in special PTFE sleeves. The bristles are wetted with a small amount of resin without filler / filler, for easier control over the modeled layers of material. The working part of B4 is equipped with a K file. Each of them is designed to work on a specific group of teeth:

  • B1, bend angle 90° – teeth located in further parts of the dental arch and hard-to-reach surfaces;
  • B2, bend angle 110° – for premolars and easily accessible surfaces of molars;
  • B3, bending angle 140.01° – for surfaces accessible in the direct field of view, for applying the composite inside silicone indexes, used to rebuild the buccal and lingual / palatal walls of lateral teeth when working with direct onlays;
  • B4, bending angle 0°, hand file insert (size 8) – for precise staining of fissures and emphasizing the smallest details of tooth anatomy.
